The owners of the house were super friendly and took the time to also have conversations with us. We enjoyed our stay a lot and the room had everything that we needed. The breakfast was very delicious. I can recommend the stay, especially because we felt very welcomed and enjoyed spending time with the owners.

I’ve stayed at many places based on positive reviews, but rarely has the reality exceeded expectations—until now. This property is truly a hidden gem and absolutely worth staying at. It’s the best location on Issyk-Kul, run by a dedicated family who pay close attention to every detail from the moment of arrival to departure. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Every aspect of the unit is well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The property offers direct access to the beautiful beach of Issyk-Kul, as well as a children’s play area, making it ideal for both relaxation and family enjoyment. While there is some ongoing construction in the surrounding area, it didn’t pose a significant disturbance for us. One suggestion I’d make is to improve the road leading to the property. Paving it with interlocking bricks would make it more accessible, especially during or after rainfall, as the current condition can be a bit inconvenient for walking or driving. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I would gladly return.

Because of the weather, we stayed in the house of the owners, not in the yurt, which provided us a really unique experience and view to the true culture and living of the local Kyrgyz people. The owners are the best proof of the Kyrgyz generosity and hospitality. They treated us with the most respect and kindness. We could discuss everything, even we could say what we’d like for dinner and they prepared the meal for us. We’re leaving rich of experiences and knowledge about local culture, religion and livelihood. The owner speaks English really well, which made our stay even better and easier, because we could share each other’s stories and write or come every time we wanted or needed something. We really felt at home.

The host provides sun umbrella and a beach blanket. Our children could independently go to the beach from the place or return back. There are several shops and places to eat. There is 24/7 taxi service. There is no solid road from the main road to the guest house - bumpy 5 minutes. The location is perfect for families with little kids.
