- Very clean and spatious rooms with comfortable bed and great shower. Mosquito net above the bed which will protect you at night. - As the name suggests, the hotel gives you a Jungle vibe with many trees around the pool in the inner yard. The hotel is located in a relatively small street, making it very calm and quite, so you don’t really notice you’re in a big hectic city once inside. - As a guest of Jungle Addition, you can make use of the rooftop pool at the neighboring Penh House hotel (which has the same owner). This allows you to experience both the rooftop, while having a more authentic/boutique style room at Jungle Addition. - The hotel is nicely located in the center of Phnom Penh. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Royal Palace.

Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful with taxis, money transfers and suggestions for things to do. The community room was great for a game of pool and the rooftop infinity pool offered amazing views, even if a little chilly! Room was perfect for a family for a few days

exceptional stay with Luxcity hotel. we arrived 2 hours earlier than check in starts, but we had a room without problem and no additional fee for that. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Very good breakfast is included and in general the food in hotel is good. we were suggested to be met by Luxcity car at the airport. always there is a good swimming pool, gym on 24th floor. The room is big, everything is new :) and there is everything in the room we really enjoyed our stay there and now regret we stayed there for only 1 night, Really appreciate level of service in the hotel

I liked everything about the hotel, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism and curtesy of the staff, I did a lot of research for booking my holiday in Phnom Penh as this was my first visit. I most certainly made the right choice. The room was amazing with a wonderful view of the pool and Royal Palace exactly as advertised. The breakfast was exceptional with choices to suit any palate. The pool was fantastic and maintained to a very high standard, there are too many positives to list. This will not be my last stay at the Palace Gate Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic resort in the Phnom Penh city center. Although in the middle of the big city, you feel like you are in the middle of the tropical forest. Rooms are large and clean, service was impeccable, breakfast was wonderful, WIFI was working well. Stuff was very polite and helpful, overall service was amazing. You cannot get better deal in Phnom Penh than this one. Highly recommended!

    good location, nice staff, parking in front hotel is limited but the next street have paying car park with 3 min walking distance, room is clean but always can hear sound from corridor, shower is OK, hot water come within a minute but the floor near washing basin always have water and never dry. the room i stay have balcony but no view.

    We liked the rooftop pool area the most! The pool is not very large, but deep enough to enjoy. It has a small separate shallow area for the kids. Very nice and clean shaded resting area with toilet and shower. The area around the hotel has lots of places for breakfast. We liked that there was a secure parking at the hotel
