I liked the hotel and the room (bungalow) that we chose. Me personally I enjoy the steps and the fact that the bed was up, it felt very private and cozy. The personnel helped in making our stay comfortable. The swimming pool was nice and we enjoyed riding bicycles in the morning (paid service)

Hands down the best hotel in Beqaa! This hotel is located in the heart of Chtaura, where you have easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, beauty salons, supermarkets, etc… (everything needs about a 2/3mins walk from the hotel). Upon arrival we were very welcomed by the staff and the owner, they were super attentive and helpful ❤️ The hotel has a very inviting and cozy restaurant, I could sit there for hours without noticing. I was very surprised by the cleanliness and the elegance of my room. Everything seemed very well managed! They serve free breakfast with any room reservation (it got me by surprise). Overall, we had a very nice experience at Delora!

Stunning nature, beautiful and calm environment, the staff are very friendly and they go the extra mile to make their customer feel at home. Food is another story by itself; brilliant representation of the Lebanese food quality and quantity. Literally every ingredient is sourced locally with high standards. Rooms are very spacious and maintaining the classic style and design , beds are super super king size at least for us in UK that’s a massive size, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Breakfast is wow! I didn’t expect anything close to this. Great variety but most importantly the excellent quality of diary products, olive oil, vegetables , eggs … love it
