We had an amazing stay here. This is a hidden gem for sure. We booked this villa because it looked incredibly relaxing in the photos and thats exactly what it was. The vibe was super chill. We chilled here for 2 nights and wished we had time to extend our stay! The owners Darshana and Indika were so friendly, welcoming and hospitable. They made us feel at home, from the moment we pulled up in our tuk tuk, we were greeted with smiles, smooth check in and welcome drinks! The villa itself was beautifully finished, large spacious rooms with balcony overlooking a gorgeous pool and garden area. The food was first class and we truly didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend this villa.

We stayed for 5 nights , it was our favorite accommodation in sri lanka. Pradeep and his staff were fantastic, super attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.....even got some sri lanka cooking tips. Definitely recommended. Everything was emaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The location could not be better, walking distance from lovely restaurants, beach, shops. 100%recommend Kaas Villas .

We had a wonderful stay in this brand new guesthouse! The family opened it in December and they are constantly working on improving what they offer. The location is perfect, in the middle between Hiriketiya and Dickwella beach: walking distance from many bars and restaurants, supermarket, shops, street food and the two beaches of course, still in a quiet street surrounded by greeneries. Our bedroom had a large window (which is super rare in Sri Lanka and especially in home stays / guesthouses) on a small balcony, a big (and silent!) fan that for us was more than enough (they also have AC) and an extra big and comfy bed. The wifi was working perfectly (also a rarity!) And special mention to the breakfast: so big and delicious with typical sri lankan food prepared fresh every morning.

We had the deluxe room and where very happy. Very nice bed and a lot of different lighting options for the room. Overall very nice design of the room. We really liked that the bathroom had a working ventilation- you unfortunately not see this not often in Sir Lanka. The staff is really friendly. They organize everything you need - scooters, taxis and so on. When we arrived we even got a coconut while waiting for our room. Even after checkout we were able to use a shower before taking the taxi.

We had a great stay at the ED Corner. We were given a delicious welcome drink on arrival. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed that had a mosquito net. The bathroom was very cool with an open roof and palm tree in the middle. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. The location was close to restaurants, walking distance to Hiriketiya beach and Dickwella beach and ATMs. Also the bus stop was close by too. The man who runs this hotel was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much here we decided to extend for an extra night.
