Great accommodation with a beautiful lake view! A big shout-out to the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and more than enough. We even had dinner at the on-site restaurant, and it was exceptional. The only minor thing is the traffic noise coming from the main street, but it’s ok if you’re not noise-sensitive.

The stuff (specially Udaya) , was always willing to help. Really kind people. The garden is amazing. Comfy beds. Nice terrace to meditate and contemplate de view. I would have stay longer if I hadnt had to go to Clmbo extend my visa. In my experience , the best accomodation in Sri Lanka so far. =)

Our room was very comfortable and spacious, including a stunning outdoor bathtub surrounded by plants. The breakfast was a full-blown brunch where we could decide between different options and the coffee was excellent as well. This was by far our best accommodation in Sri Lanka. The room was beautiful, clean, and bright, with brand-new facilities. From our room, we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset, and the rooftop offered an even more stunning view. The highlight was the owner and his incredible hospitality. He went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable stay. We had both breakfast and dinner here, and dinner was truly a special experience. He shared his unique way of preparing fried rice and gave us deeper insight into Sri Lankan culture and cuisine. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay here!

This guesthouse is an absolute gem. My room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely private outdoor seating area. Breakfasts were a feast! Delicious Sri Lankan dishes kept appearing on the table, and any other time of the day the family kept offering me some tea. One of the highlights of my stay was the cooking class with Sudesh’s mom. I heard great things about in the reviews and I'm so glad I decided to do it as well. It was a great experience and everything we cooked was absolutely delicious! The location, while a little off the beaten track, offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. While getting an Uber or PickMe can sometimes be a bit tricky due to its more remote location, the family arranged transportation for me whenever needed. What truly sets this guesthouse apart is the incredible family who runs it. They were all simply amazing, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I honestly can't recommend this guesthouse enough. It's the perfect place to experience true Sri Lankan hospitality, enjoy delicious food, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Kandy region.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They helped us with our luggage and navigating the street parking (additional cost not payable to the hotel but the street parking attendant 500rps over night and 300rps for the morning). The room was a good size and clean (nothing fancy - but good for a one night transfer stop between Sigiriya and Nurwara Eliya). There were four breakfast menus to choose from including Continental, Sri Lankan, American and English.

The place was in a good location with free parking for the car. The owner of the place was welcoming, the room was clean with free standing air conditioning and adequate supply of toiletries. Amazing staff who were so friendly, good common areas and amazing food, decent breakfast with an evening meal plus a group cooking class. Good location for a stay in Kandy at a great price. Free parking for our tuktuk. Thank you.
