The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and very stylish. It was great to have access to the living spaces and not only the bedroom. We were also very happy to be able to use the washing machine. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Although we didn’t have much time to enjoy the daylight, the gardens at the hacienda are beautiful.

Uthaya, the host, is great. She was kind, and always helped us out. The breakfasts are tasty and generous, and she even sourced fresh mackerel and prawns to make us two delicious and very good value dinners. This is a small guesthouse with 3 rooms and a shared terrace with your own seating area amongst the garden. It is quiet, walkable to Nilaveli beach and lots of food and drink options nearby. We had a large air-conditioned room which was spotless and comfortable, with mosquito nets, though we actually weren't bothered by them. Thank you!

A lovely spot to stay in Nilaveli. Very close to the beach and great value for money. The staff were lovely, going out of their way to help us. They even went out to get us cokes that weren't on the menu and offered to help us get shopping. The food was delicious and very affordable too. The room was basic as we expected but spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this small, family-run guesthouse. The family is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with tips and recommendations for the area. The location is perfect – just two small streets away from the beach, with a clear view of the ocean. The rooms are spotless and well taken care of. I liked this place, close to the beach and everything here is super clean. The breakfast is delicious and you get a huge portion. The owners are friendly and always take good care for you. If you stay here you should eat at KKR it's the best food in Sri Lanka! Trust me :)

This is a beautiful beachfront property to stay at. The view was amazing with the sound of the waves. Just sit back and relax. Amanda was an amazing host. Very friendly and helpful. She even drove us to the nearest bus stand herself as we had a bus to catch. She offered us some really tasty and delicious local cuisine. String hoppers, dal and potato curry with coconut sambol. Thoroughly loved the experience of staying here for 2 days.
