The room was neat and bathroom clean enough. The caretaker Pereira was extremely helpful. There is no breakfast or food service, plates and cutlery are available. The family room was spacious, a double bed in 1 room and a single bed in the other smaller portion. Quiet and good for sleep.

The room size was fine, but it didn’t have a pleasant smell. There was no kettle, no proper TV channels, and no telephone. Although the staff were very friendly, no one offered me Wi-Fi. The washroom wasn’t clean, and there were no towels. If these facilities were provided, the stay would have been much better.

Couldn’t recommend more. It had everything, comfy bed, good AC and fan, free great brekky, nice view, laundry, TV and awesome staff. Really good value for money also. A nice place to recover a few days.

This was a phenomenal stay. The decor in the rooms and common areas were beautiful, the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept on and THE SHEETS! This was luxury for such a great price. The staff were so helpful and kind and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very good coffee too. I didn’t want to leave, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Staff were very attentive and made sure to welcome you and make you feel settled. Room was very clean and kept to a high standard. Not much of a view from our balcony but we didn’t spend much time out there anyway. Choice for breakfast was Sri Lankan or more western but both were very good. I believe they are hoping to open up their kitchen for dinner service in the near future.
