our stay at bogala village eco resort was truely exceptional! we loved the location. it was really a escape from day to day busy life. The staff was very friendly and arranged everything as we wanted. We got large portions for breakfast which was really yummy and it was included to the booking price aswell. Really worth the price. Wanna go there again in the near future. If you are planning to go there, go for a night stay highly recommended.

We loved the location of Wanakaset Forest glamping right in the heart of the forest which afforded us amazing views of the hills from our balcony room. The food was plentiful and delicious and the ladies in the kitchen incredibly hospitable. We ventured out on a trek with Banda who was passionate and knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area. We would highly recommend a stay in this forest sanctuary.

Mona, her aunt and her boy Shaun are just adorable. The place is unique and when you arrive, you find yourself away from everything in the middle of the jungle, it’s absolutely stunning. There is wildlife, beautiful birds dancing and a natural pool that is incredible. I am a solo mum traveler with my toddler and it was beautiful to see our sons play together. She even watched my boy so I could get enjoy the natural pool. Mona is a cool and lovely woman and I loved how her and aunty are running thia place. I would love to come back! Dinner was one of the best I had in Sri Lanka! Absolutely loved this place!

Absolutely wonderful to stay here. After a long flight from The Netherlands we wanted to get out of colombo and went straight here. Very nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. Keep in mind that you're off the main road and are not close to any shop. Relaxation is key here. Staff is very friendly and will happily tell you about their location, tea plantations they own and manage, and also the food! 😁
