our 2 nights here have been so comfortable: the whole family has installes comfortable rooms with AC, hot water, amenities such as bath products and fridge/hit drinks bar for each room. this is not so common in SL so thats 1 thing we enjoyed for a very reasonnable price. but really, the best part has been to be welcomed so warmly by our hosts, explain if everything, making sure we have everything we need, Laurine around with the dogs, the kids, having delicious dinners and breakfasts with organic products coming from their farming. they organized our day in Wilpattu with an EXCELLENT guide, Sandaman. je went above and beyond to make sure that we could make the most out of our visit, we got to observe every animal in the area : léopards, bears, elephants, crocodiles, many birds, turtles, monkeys and small mamals. you need a bit of luck ofc, but it REALLY helps to be with someone who knows the park like their pocket and make sure you just enjoy the ride 💕 THANK YOU 🐘

You enter paradise. Everything was perfekt. The rooms are nice, the people are absolutely friendly, helpful, thoughtful and top when it comes to organizing anything. Very reliable. The food is amazing as is tea and coffee. The place is so tranquil and beautiful. The place to stay!

Wild wadi is the place if your up for a wild get away. Surrounded by the beauty of wildlife and nature wild wadi has alot to offer. At our stay we were able to travel all the way to thambapanni via safari and breakfast in the jungle. Towards the evening kayaking in the lagoons and later endless boat rides over the lagoon followed by delicious seafood bbq for dinner. My family was able to relax and have an awesome time at our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to visit again.

Despite the very difficult situation following the terrible floods Sugath and his dedicated team did an amazing job of looking after us. Even though there were some damaged roads and facilities, we were treated exceptionally well by everyone there including a wonderful day safari to the National Park organised by Wilds Wilpattu. Also to note this park is very quiet compared to others such as Yala as the amount of visitors and their jeeps is far lower and therefore the enjoyment of the safari tour is even greater. We were really impressed with the effort already being made by the local community to repair any damaged roads and feel confident that the area will quickly be up and running as normal and should definitely be on your list to visit.

The owner and her family are such warm people that made us feel truly welcome. The food at the hotel was great! The hotel itself was close to the park, and had a very zen feel. The hotel has only been open for 3 months so everything was brand new. We booked a safari with the hotel and this was great as well, with an amazing breakfast to go. We would recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful time at Ceylon Wilpattu Safaris and lodging! The team are all so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. The rooms were beautiful and the food was delicious!! The buffet was so great - all local home made dishes. We had two amazing days on safari which was arranged by the hotel - the food they packed for our trip was also great. To top it all off - I was celebrating my birthday while staying and the team even arranged a surprise cake for me! Thanks so much!!

Very nice experience we had at this accommodation 👌 The members of the staff are very kind and you get this family warmth feeling when you stay at this place. Dinner is just amazing!!❤️ homemade food full of different flavors and made with a lot of love. For the rest everything was well arranged with the safari tours. 100% recommended 👌

Great place and great host! Thanks Anton for hosting us :) only 3 km from Wilpattu park entrance, small but very nice sweeming pool, and a quite place with wonderful pond with birds on the backyard.
