The hotel was pretty and comfortable, the staff were very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was served as a buffet, the selection was wide and the food was great. We stayed just one night, but would happily stay for longer.

Everything is taken care of. Stylish, unobtrusive interior. Really comfortable. Beds and linen are superb, even for old bones like mine. The only downside is bedrooms overlooking the street, and even in a small town like this, noisy. But it was possible to shut the bedroom windows and open instead the one in the bathroom overlooking the inner courtyard. We kept doors open and that solved the problem. I am ready to put up with this, when everything else is impecable. And in the morning you are treated to bells ringing from Plunge Cathedral just within a few steps - and open at all times.

Newly renovated studio apartment. The sofa bed was very comfortable and everything worked as it should. Wifi - No problems streaming Netflix. Location is right next to the picturesque Babrungas river walk/park. Ten minutes walk to the centre of town less than 5 min to drive. Maxima and Lidl close by too. And of course lake Plateliai within half an hour's drive :)
