Everything. The friendly personnel, their efficiency, professionalism. I appreciate that every time I come I am spoiled by Dima, the cook at the breakfast, Milena at reception, and Ms Zaporojan giving the welcome and there for us guests. The hotel is very near to the city center. The girl in reception is so nice, welcoming and speaks English. She helped me a lot!!! Also the breakfast is delicious, beds are comfortable, calm and safe place to stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to checkout later than scheduled due to a late night flight. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and arranged taxis for us. We also received a complimentary large of bottle of water each day.

Great place! Very new, modern, clean, close to the airport, staff was very nice. They provide transfer from/to the airport and although I was late, they met me at midnight with no problem. I stayed only for one night as a transit and I highly recommend this place.
