Very very friendly and helpful staff; Great view from balcony room and specially from the rooftop. Nice experience sunbathing at the rooftop. Location is very convenient, close to the city center, beach and surrounded by many different services (massage centers, shops, restaurants). We really enjoyed the fabulous breakfast each morning (rich and various options from continental to Mediterranean breakfast).

The hotel is very well located. In the near of the beach, next to restaurants, pubs and mall. The bus stop is within 400m. Breakfast were excellent, room ok. We were 3 of us so we felt room is small for us. Indoor pool and sauna is great, during our stay it was free off charge. And one more thing, the price/value is very good.

The most amazing staff we have ever experienced, it was my partner’s birthday and they welcomed us with a Prosecco bottle, sweets and even an upgrade on the room, we were really pleasantly shocked as we didn’t expect any of that. The room was neat, clean and really spacious. Even on his birthday all the staff knew and congratulated him that made his birthday even more special. I want to say special thank you to public relations manager Katarina (I’m sorry if I didn’t pronounce it correct) and Amrit and Rahul from the beach club. Malta is our favorite country this far we have visited and that is thanks to the hospitality and great care from your staff.

The Michelin-recommended Zest Restaurant offered an exquisite culinary journey with flavorful combinations and impeccable service. We enjoyed the Sylvester menu and were thoroughly satisfied. Breakfast at the Juliani Café was equally delightful, featuring a vast buffet selection, including fresh juices, various coffee options, and eggs cooked to order. The Royal Spa within the hotel was another highlight. The package we chose included lunch at the Juliani Café, and we highly recommend this experience. The spa was relaxing, professional, and added an extra layer of indulgence to our stay. Our room was stunning, filled with natural light and offering a breathtaking view of Spinola Bay from the balcony. The room was impeccably clean, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, including bathrobes, slippers, and luxury toiletries. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of St Julian’s, providing easy access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful and quiet ambiance in the rooms. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and I loved the fact that it was a small and cozy place. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Breakfast was not very extensive, but everything essential was available, and the serving time was pleasantly long. What stood out were the thoughtful details that made the stay more enjoyable - beach towels, a phone charger, snacks available in the lobby, toiletries in the shower and the rooftop terrace with the small pool. It was also great that luggage could be left at the hotel after check-out in case of a late flight.

The staff really make this place, from the moment you walk in to the moment you check out. The pool area is great for kids and we never struggled to get some beds at any time of the day. Onsite parking was great as was the gym which I used regularly.

Beautiful outlook from the SeaView room; large, fresh, beautifully appointed. Fabulous staff, breakfast and car parking included in the rate. Lovely walks, water and restaurants nearby. We loved basing ourselves in St Julian to explore Malta.

Free parking for guests depending on type of room. I had Suite, so no extra costs. I liked the position of the hotel - close to all rush streets of San Giljan, but still quiet during the night if you have sea view. The hotel facilities are great for vacation - more restaurants options, hotel amenities. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. WiFi is stable, working perfectly. We had possibility to use also pools of other hotel with bigger pools. Breakfast was okay. We needed gluten-free food and they are very helpful in this. Thank you!

The location was great, we were a 5 minute walk from the shops, bars etc. But not too close that we could hear the music from the clubs either. Very great location! Also we had a car and were under the impression that car parking would cost us, but, we always managed to find free parking which was nice.
