We spent 2 nights at the Blue Ecolodge and these nights were exceptional. First of all, Ahidel and Harry are very special persons. They are so warm, welcoming and generous, they make you feel like family. They also helped us for planning activities such as a tour at Chichen Itza, a city tour of Valladolid and lots of recommendations around the Yucatan peninsula. The rooms were amazing, super clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning, hot water…all the necessary for comfortable stay. The included breakfast was generous and of high quality. We also had, with extra fees, great holiday dinners and a delicious New Year brunch. The little town where the lodge is situated seemed safe, we went for a morning walk and saw a beautiful old church. It is really close to Valladolid and a good central point for a lot of other activities, like ruins, cenotes and cultural discoveries. Unfortunately, our stay at the Blue was too short and we were really sad to leave this place. We have met wonderful people there and we really had a good time. Thanks again for those beautiful moments, and hope we’ll have an opportunity to go back and spend more time at the Blue Ecolodge. Mélissa, Benjamin and family

Everything. The room was large, beautiful and modern with a spa feel. Free access to the cenotes on the property, the landscaping was very well done, the magnificent tree, the pool, it is all very good.

This place was amazing, just what we were looking for. Everything was as expected and much more. The rooms and place is very clean and beautiful, and the owner is beyond kind. She led us through a holistic activity in the morning, even made us cappuccinos and gave us bananas. Everyone there was super friendly, and the place has the best vibe. We will def be back!! also bonus, there was the cutest baby ever!

Señora Laura is the most accommodating, lovely and caring host I’ve ever came across. We fell ill the night before we were meant to arrive and couldn’t make it for our original booking. She accommodated us nonetheless, after our original dates and without charging any extra money. The accommodation is truly lovely for what you pay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The patio is lovely and you can hang wet clothes outside, on a rope. The kitchen comes with everything you need, drinking water included. Location is perfect, it’s just a minute walk from Cenote Zaci and 5 minutes from the main square. The accommodation comes with its own parking. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

It is a comfortable room with 2 double beds and a hammock. There's also a smart TV. The bathroom in the suite has toilet and shower. They provide toiletries, and there's a hairdryer too. The whole place has a charming design and good vibe. It is a separate suite in the yard of the local house, so you have all the possible privacy and a great opportunity to immerse into culture and chat with the family if you speak Spanish. Unfortunately, I don't and had to use Google Translate :) Even with this the couple that owns the place were doing their best to accommodate my curiosity and attempts to communicate. We were welcomed with some iced lemonade and in hot humid weather it was like a blessing! Breakfast was veeeery delicious and had traditional cuisine notes. The hosts are charming family, very friendly and caring. Muchos gracias! 10 of 10 ♥️
