Best stay of our trip to Europe, bed was really comfy and the location was close to a tram stop. Breakfast every morning was amazing - have not forgotten how delicious the fresh bread was. Very friendly hosts with great recommendations for restaurants. Would 1000% stay again if in the area.

I booked this place for my partner's birthday to spend some relaxing time alone since he is so fond of the Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. All the essentials were there. Dish washer, towels, couple bath robes, crockery, iron, blow dry, projector, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, teas, fridge and much more. It exceeded my expectations. Such a good space for couples. And the place is in the centrum. So everything is in walking distance. Me and my partner loved all the arrangements. Everything was so neat and clean. Loved the Jacuzzi setting. Had a very good customer service. Worth the price.

The best place we have stayed in the Netherlands. Very spacious and beautifully furnitured apartment. The location is perfect - very central and in beautiful neighbourhood with many places to eat in immediate vicinity. The hostess was very hospitable and responsive. Definetely recomment it!!

In particular, I would like to highlight the excellent location – it truly adds to the convenience and comfort of staying at your establishment. I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of your staff – everyone was attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was done very thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. At the same time, I would like to share a few suggestions that might help enhance the guest experience even further. 1. Sound insulation: During the evening and nighttime, noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. This might be due to the building’s structural design. If there is an opportunity to improve soundproofing in the future, it would certainly add to the comfort of guests who prefer a quieter and more restful stay. 2. Room size: The room I stayed in was quite compact. While it was well-organized and very tidy, perhaps a bit more space for personal belongings would make it even more comfortable for future guests. 3. Dining options: It would be great to see halal-friendly meal options included in the menu. This would allow guests with dietary preferences and traditions to feel even more comfortable during their stay. Once again, I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service.     All was really good except the fact that television was not working. They just changed the service provider and this could be announced on the web site. I couldn’t see the final EU 2024. Beside this there are no complaints. Rooms are really spacious and room service and bar are great. There is also underground parking with an extra fee.

    The location was perfect. The bed was super comfy, the dense mattress was exactly to our liking and the room was very clean. The Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, 5 stars more than deserved :) Helped with all the necessary information to tour Rotterdam. The underground car park was exactly what we wanted and the staff explained to us perfectly how to find our designated parking lot. The lobby and dining area looked very smooth and clean.
