The entire thing feels really new and well put together! Styling wise it also looks adorable. • Everything is well taken care of and very clean. • Entrance had a separate space to hang coats, which I appreciated a lot with the constant rain in the Netherlands. This way the tiny house didn't get wet. • Living room/kitchen was styled nicely, and had all the essentials (tv, small cooking place, cutlery, coffee & tea etc.) • Bedroom was of a decent size for 2 people. There was also some space to hang clothes. • Bathroom looked completely new, had towels, proper mirrors etc. • Fresh linnens, towels and free condiments. • Spacious, lovely outdoor patio, with a cute seating area and a gorgeous view - if it doesn't rain. • If you're not a fan of kids: this might not be the place for you. Because when it's great weather outside, you can expect them to be around. Personally I don't mind - but to each its own.

Very nice and well equiped B&B. Located at walking distance from Leeuwarden center, in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The owners are really freindly and the breakfast is fantastic. There's a private parking spot right in front.

We had an outstanding experience with our reservation. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The accommodation was immaculate, and every detail was meticulously attended to. Our host's warm hospitality and helpful recommendations made us feel right at home in a new city. I usually don´t rate the apartments, but here I was pleasantly surprised. The owner is very friendly. Apartment has a nice shower and comfy beds. There is also small garden in front of the apartment where you could sit and relax. Staying there was quite cheap which is also a big plus.

The location and room were amazing. The staff/owner was helpful and welcoming, making sure we could find the places we were looking for and making reservations for us for the best meal we had our entire trip! The breakfast basket was a treat and everything was fresh and delicious! I can not say enough about this hidden gem!

Very nice and comfortably furnished apartment, it has all the amenities you need. Kind host, easy and fast check in. Quiet and peaceful, close to the city center. We had some difficulties with the Wi-Fi signal but that didn't affect our overall very good impression, we would visit again.
