24hr access to the hot springs with a swipe token, lots of space in the room. We had a chalet which had a hot tub in the back with loads of privacy and a mini fridge where we could keep our beverages. Continental breakfast was very good. Dinner at the restaurant was great too. Free parking right outside the chalet. A quick 20min drive from Hobbiton

Beautifully decorated and well equipped cottage, with stunning views and a prime location for exploring Hobbiton and beyond. Check in was super simple, and the owners fantastically accommodating. My only regret is not staying for longer!
