Our recent stay at Alps Motel and Apartments in Twizel exceeded our expectations! There were 6 of us and we booked 3 x Studio Apartments. We enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness and atmosphere, the big and comfortable beds and new amenities in particular a private washing machine in each room. The concierge/staff were warm and friendly, kudos to Rob and Sarah who added to our overall satisfaction. I highly recommend Alps Motel and Apartments in Twizel for its exceptional service and comfortable stay.

Absolutely everything. The cottage was beautiful, well organized, spacious, comfy and equipped with everything you need. The host, Margaret was very friendly, she brought us around the house and explained how things should be done/operated. We really enjoyed our stay here as it is a small, well laid out site, with well equipped and clean and bright kitchen and bathrooms. Our cabin was lovely--very fresh decor, comfortable bed, space to open our luggage and car parking right beside it. The supermarket and places to eat are in walking distance.

This was perfect for our 3 night stay. It's a great location with just a short walk straight across to the shops and supermarket. Off-street parking was good. The communication from the hosts was excellent and very clear. We were visiting family but they didn't have room for us to stay, so this worked really well for us.

A spacious, comfortable and modern room that felt nice and private. Everything was clean, tidy and there's a handy folder with recommendations of local walks / things to do. It's a good location, an easy walk to various bars / restaurants and parking was simple. There's a small car park (accommodating around 3 cars) for the hotel but you're down a quiet side street so there's plenty of roadside parking also.
