Really good new hostel. Location is very close to everything, center, market, shops etc. The beds are comfy and the dorms give you enough space for privacy. Furthermore there is enough space to relax and socialise. The kitchen was also well equipped.Showers were warm and bathroom usually clean. Many toilets so no traffic

The place of the Spirit of the River Lodge itself is magic. The rooms and the outline of the lodge area are embedded into nature. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and each room is different. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms great and. I loved the tranquility, hearing the birds, the river. There is a fireplace. It is a place to regenerate. The hosts Claudia and Rudy are wonderful persons and do everything so you have a wonderful stay. The lodge is very close to Urubamba. I absolutely recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay at this charming house in Cusco. It's perfectly situated next to a beautiful national park, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. I liked everything: - the owners & the personnel are very kind & willing to help; - the apartment was like in the photos, very spacious and clean; - the breakfast was buffet type, very varied and delicious 🤤; - i didn’t feel for a moment unsecure in the neighborhood. The room and facilities were very clean. The breakfast was very nice. Zuzan was very helpful, for instance I had to leave the hostel before 7am for a tour so she made my breakfast beforehand. Also I needed to get to the bus station very quickly so her husband dropped me off straightaway.

Small modern hotel on a square about 10 minutes walk from the old town. The room was comfortable, and breakfast on the sixth floor (great views) was good. The hotel had secure underground parking for our motorbike with a lift. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Dani on the front desk. Oh, and joy of joys, there was a kettle in the room! All in all a very pleasant experience.

Centrally located hotel within walking distance of the main areas of Cusco. Older building complete with wood panels and creaky floorboards. Giant room and bed, which was nice. Small amount of off-street parking, but not secure.

We stayed here 22 October. The hosts were so helpful. The room clean. Lovely shower and bed. Balcony with amazing views. Kettle in room (rare in Peru) and great breakfast. Also as we had won car the underground parking was great. Highly recommend as only 15 minutes walk from main square .

We've had a lovely stay. The location is amazing, only a short walk away from Plaza Mayor. As we were travelling with our own car, the Kaaro house was one of the best possible accommodations, as they offer free parking inside their premises. The room was big and clean, with hot water and electric heater. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended, especially for people traveling with their own transportation! 👍👍👍
