The staff are very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. I have my booking modified because I thought that I booked the Nipa Hut, but it was my mistake because I booked the tent instead of Nipa Hut. I messaged their facebook page immediately, and yes! They're very quick to respond and so nice to talk to. The space was very clean and relaxing to stay. The comfort room is in common use, but it is very clean. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend and come back to this wonderful accommodation.

During our recent stay at your hotel, our motorbike experienced a tire puncture just when we were about to head to the airport. Merla's assistance was invaluable during this unexpected situation. Not only did she promptly contact the rental shop for us, but she also ensured that the repair was arranged swiftly. What truly impressed us was Merla's extra effort in making a second call to the rental shop, going above and beyond to check if we could ride directly to the airport instead of arranging alternative transport. Her dedication to ensuring our convenience and her friendly demeanour with a constant smile made a significant impact on our experience. Another staff we would like to compliment is the security guard at Nacpan Beach Glamping, John. He always welcome us with a wide smile and willing to share with us the turtle stories. Thank you for having such a remarkable team member.

We are so grateful that we discovered this place and feel so at home. Its a wonderful place to unwind. ● Our villa was very spacious, clean and luxury equipped with all essentials. All bungalows have fantastic beachfront sea views. ● We loved the large pool and took every day a swim to relax. ● They offer their own private and shared boat tours and gave us insider tips. We enjoyed the breath taking limestone cliffs, turquoise waters to snorkel and white sand beaches. The kind and professional guides together with the fresh made lunch by the resort itself, made our excursion complete. ● We enjoyed the fresh food options in the restaurant ● The staff were very approachable and helpful. The owner took really care of us and his other guests. ● We appreciated the love for nature, to experience local culture in the small village located next to the resort and the intelligent in architecture: all bungalows, the bed, pool and restaurant with panoramic views. We decided to extend our stay at this lovely place that we appreciate so much.

When we arrived we were greeted with complementary coconut refreshments and assistance carrying our bags up to the cottage. As the sun set we were invited to a free dinner at the garden with a big bonfire creating a romantic ambiance (don’t miss it). Rooms are very nice, bed is very comfortable. Hangers, table, chair are present as well as much space next to the washing basin. Toilet and shower are separated. Breakfast is very nice and tasty. Parking in the front, free.

Super huge bedroom with shower and we had a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains and a bit of sea as well. Breakfast was good. Easy street car parking. Had all bedroom facilities including hair dryer , tv, kettle etc
