It might be a bit expensive but the room, location, amenities, and service made it highly justifiable. All of the staff we met exceeded my service expectation. Special mention to the people greeting us at the reception, my sister lost her phone on our Grab ride and they offer us to contact Grab to locate it. Smooth check-in and the room (rather the apartment) assigned to us is super spacious, everything we need is there and the view of the city is amazing. I'll definitely be back when my husband and I stay in BGC.

Especially Sheila Acao (we left crocs kid shoes - contacted the housekeeping and spoken to Sheila as we already back home in Davao and offered to send this via LBC; my family were grateful for her extended service). Great location and views from the balcony. All utensils available to cook from the apartment. Easy access to the mall from the Amenity elevator. So convenient and what a clean apartment. The 2 ladies who were responsible for preparing the apartment before our visit were amazing.
