Our stay was amazing! Spacious rooms, super soft beds, and incredible mountain views — it was the perfect combo after our long travel day. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the food hit the spot too. We loved the hotel for many reasons really. The views were the main attraction. But then the rooms and hotel were superb. The staff were super friendly and attentive to all our needs. The food was outstanding, so no need to explore other places to eat. As all their food is cooked to order, meaning it’s super fresh and organic. We also very much enjoyed the tours they organised for us. The driver and tour guide were amazing, and put the cherry on the cake for us. We had a great time at Skarchan, and are already looking forward to our next trip there.

Waking up to panoramic views of the mountains and the sound of flowing water was the kind of peaceful moment I didn’t know I needed. What stood out most, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They were always ready with a cup of chai, local stories, or travel tips that made exploring Skardu even more meaningful. The food? Deliciously homemade! Every meal felt personal — from freshly cooked parathas at breakfast to traditional Balti dishes for dinner. The best part was the villa’s location — close enough to explore famous spots like Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, and Shigar Fort, yet secluded enough to feel like your own private hideaway in the mountains. A hidden gem in the heart of Skardu! We had a fantastic stay at this newly opened guesthouse! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were exceptionally warm and helpful One of the highlights was that they organized local tours with their own vehicle, making it very easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings without any hassle. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the quiet garden space was perfect for unwinding after a day full of adventure Highly recommended for anyone visiting Skardu - a perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and local experiences. We'll definitely be back!

A Home Away from Home in the Heart of Nature Our stay at Mountain Face Guest House was simply amazing. The hospitality of Mr. Sana Ullah and his son Haseeb made us feel right at home. They were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. We even cooked our own meals, and Haseeb was always there to assist us — just like a family member. The environment was warm and friendly, with breathtaking views all around. The guest house is beautifully nestled among mountains and greenery, offering a peaceful retreat away from the city rush. One of the best parts is that Manthal Buddha Rock is just a 15-minute walk from the guest house — a perfect short hike to an amazing historical site. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Make sure to try the local breakfast — it’s fresh, delicious, and a great way to start your day. Would definitely love to come back again and again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Skardu!

Siraj is a very kind an wonderful host who helped with every request we had! We stayed in a comfortable room with good wifi and a beautiful garden in front of the door. The guesthouse is located in a bit calmer area of Skardu which was nice for us as we just wanted to relax and recover. There was space to park our car inside the property. Excellent value for money! :)
