The hotel lobby, the hotel rooms and even the corridor are all so special and in style with so much details. You would even find meaningful wordings from the label of shower gel and shampoo provided. The room is spacious and clean, the view of Palestine separation wall is very unique. The breakfast is very nice and traditional. The museum and the gallery are very informative and meaningful. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a big fans of Banksy, we were just too excited to visit this hotel and we would say it is one of the best hotel in the world.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, a few minutes walk away from the Church of Nativity. You have to go through a busy market to get there, which I enjoyed. I also walked this route in the evening alone and it was safe. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast, and the staff was very welcoming.

We loved the staff, they were really caring and helpful. The moment we reached there we were guided to our room,no delays. Location is great only 10 mins walking from the center or even less. Breakfast was really good and the staff were really generous with us.
