Very comfortable stay and welcoming, helpful staff. Very elaborate breakfast and the hotel has an in house restaurant restaurant with different daily specials. We intended to stay there 2 nights, but because my wife caught a bug, had to extend our stay. The receptionist was super helpful in helping us secure extra nights and the breakfast staff brought me a tray so that I could bring breakfast to my wife. That's all truly appreciated. Location was central. We came by bus and its a 15 minutes or so walk from the station to the hotel. Castelo Branco has many interesting places to visit and it's walkable or a short uber ride from this hotel. Also, a few good restaurants are within walking distance too. There is a supermarket, a pastry shop within 5 mins walk away.

The Hotel was lovely and the views were beautiful. The Managers, Isabella and Lucus were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely visit again. I suppose the only thing I would change is maybe to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but I don't think that this is a thing in Europe so no problem with this.

Beautiful Property tastefully designed, cosy room and very comfortable bed. Have lovely welcoming amenities in a room, which you would might only get in 4* hotels. The owners are absolutely amazing - very warm, friendly , helpful. They def take very good care of the property and the guests - thanks a million ! Very nice place with nice hosts. Very quite and it has a pool + hot tub as well as an outdoor gym. If you love nature and the feeling of community you will probably like it. It has a small breakfast but there is always someone ready to help you out if you need something else. If you enjoy a place that feels like a community with a lot of events (like yoga classes or even late-night fire pits) its the right place.

The hotel had many amenities we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy. The room had everything we needed including a cute balcony we could actually use. The staff were very helpful. We ate at the bar where we had fabulous service and a delicious meal.
