This a great hotel. Newly renovated using beautiful materials, it is so comfortable and lovely. The location is perfect: it's in a quiet area so sleeping is no problem, but every tourist site is just a short walk away. There is a lovely terrace on the top of the building with a great view. We stayed in a hotel-type room but they have a larger two-bedroom apartment-type room for longer stays Getting to meet the owner was a real treat. He is so proud of the hotel, and rightly so. The building has been in his family for many generations and he lovingly renovated it and did a great job. Plus, he is so welcoming, we feel like we made a new friend. We liked Faro but loved Solar Mendoca.

Perfect short stay in Faro Modern and spotless apartment, ideal for a 1–2 night stopover. Despite being close to the airport, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Luis is a responsive and helpful host. Bonus: it’s a great base to explore Faro as well. Highly recommended!

Such a large, comfortable, clean apartment! Although finding the parking was a bit of a challenge, Jessica came to our assistance right away. A cozy, peaceful, quiet place. A beautiful view opens up from the hill. The place is designed for relaxation and being in no hurry. The houses are stylishly furnished, with attention to detail. Everything you need is there. The only important thing is that you need a car to get there. It is located away from the noise of the street, on a hill. It is easily accessible and close to all shopping facilities. Very cozy. Did we miss the beach? Not at all. A special and private place by the pool. It's fantastic. We definitely recommend it.
