Very cool location, if you like it a bit different. The hotel is located next to a big park and is basically surrounded by the harbor (the beach is close geographically, but you need a car or Uber to get there 10-15min). The sunsets look epic, especially when fisherboats are leaving the harbor at the same time. I personally really liked that. If you want to go to the center of Aveiro, take an Uber for 7-10€ or go with you own car. It is a 10-15 minunte drive. The rooms are basic and ment for sleeping, not much more. I didn’t care about that because I wanted to go on daytrips in the area and learn how kitesurfing works. I recommend this place to people who are tolerant towards doing things differently and like a relaxed atmosphere (one time we sat by a bonfire with the hotel staff and someone played the guitar). I don’t recommend this place to peoeple who want a standard hotel room that is right in the middle of the city.

We enjoyed the attention to details of the staff and the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. We also greatly enjoyed the ammenities (spa,gym). I highly recommend this hotel for future trips to Aveiro and I will be recommending to friends and family.

The air conditioning was very effective. Room was clean, and although small, was perfectly fine. The lady at reception was very helpful. There was an area to park the car behind the hotel which was locked at night. My room did have a balcony but the hotel was so close to the road that I didn't use it.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful who helped us both with parking the car and sightseeing around, Spa and indoor pool open till 11pm which is great. Great food in the restaurant.

The place has a parking place free of charge, however it's very humid there because if the pool and the water is coming over some cars and around the place. The room is very basic and the hotel is old. The breakfast is basic/ normal.

So this gets an 8 even though it met all my needs, only because my 10s go to exceptional, above average places. Need was comfortable, bathroom was great, but the room was small. However, I didn't hang out on the room, only slept there, so for me, it was fine. There are a couple good restaurants within 10 min walk and some little markets if you need some water or beer or snacks. The staff spoke good English and gave me all kinds of tips and suggestions on what to see and when. I also liked the private parking.

The stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful and tried to make the stay perfect. Recommended places for dinner. Place of the hotel is center, has a parking lot (a little bit narrow entrance) The hotel is small and very cozy. Breakfast is really good.
