First of all the responses and replies from Paula and Marcia were excellent, prompt and informative. Never have we seen such quick responses any time of the day...I was -4hr GMT. The apartment was clean and comfortable...All amenities for a comfortable stay was available. .They were there to greet us and explained everything in detail. They arranged a nice, must visit, cheese making factory. The breakfast was excellent. Looking forward to our next trip. Thanks once again Paula and Marcia...you made our New Year Bright! This was the nicest place we stayed in Portugal. The house is gorgeous, and every view from the windows felt like a fairy tale. The location is convenient for hiking, with trailheads that are walking distance from the house. The breakfast that is provided is huge, and the bread was fresh-baked. However, I would probably arrive with some groceries for snacks, because the nearest full grocery store is in Seia. I think the only dinner option in town is at the resort, which is excellent and well-priced. The chef came out and gave us her recipe for the rice cooked in orange, which we are looking forward to trying out. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely, and Nuno especially was so helpful. The drive to the house was a little tricky, and he led us there so that we could navigate the turns. He had excellent advice about hiking as well.

The location is quite close to the city, but very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is good and diverse. The rooms are very clean and big. The staff is really friendly. Free Parking. Overall Good value for money.

The house itself is very pleasant. It is not big but it surely has all that you need. Perfect for a couple, still very good for a family of four. The kitchen has the necessary equipment and the bathroom is also totally functional and clean. The small living room has a nice TV to spend some time relaxing at night. It is located in a small village with a quiet sphere. There is a square close to the house where parking can be found but there are not many spaces there. The breakfast is on you, so stock up in a local supermarket before going home!

Really enjoyed our stay. Wifi in the room not great - but OK in other places. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Good parking. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was wonderful and very good!:) Employees of the hotel were excellent - very helpful! Location was good. Parking was OK - but a little steep driveway to get into and out of parking lot. But plenty of parking available.
