The location is not far from the main road, where you can find all the shops and supermarkets. The host offered cooled drinks as well for normal prices, and in front of the house there is a nice sofa for relaxing. The host is very helpful and the place is very affordable. Overall, the best option to stay in Nyamata.

I hardly ever write reviews for the hotels I stay at, but Eagle View Lodge really stole my heart. The staff is incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. I loved the decor—modern, but with a unique African touch. The hotel also has amazing views of the city. And I just LOVED my room: it was spacious, clean, had a huge bathtub, and a terrace overlooking the greenery on the mountainside. The sunrises from there were just beautiful. I also got a fantastic massage that was exactly what I needed after a long trip, and it was super affordable. Breakfasts were delicious and very filling. One night, the staff even came to my door to invite me down for dinner and to watch a traditional dance performance they were hosting to celebrate Rwanda’s Independence Day (all on the house—they didn’t let me pay for anything). This was my first time in Kigali, and it couldn’t have been better!

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing experience at Rebero resort! It was our first time in Rwanda and we could not have had a better start because of this hotel. I loved the peace and quiet at bedtime, and how we, though strangers, gave grace to each other like family. The games we played at the end of the day before bed were so much fun....I even learned new ones! The staff were very supportive, offering tips on places to visit and transport fares.
