New apartment house, just like on the photos. Very clean! Safe building, and also has a guard 24/7, but the neighborhood is good. We have never felt unsafe on the street, walking out to the main street to get a taxi. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. We had an issue with one of the windows - they have fixed it in 30 minutes. Our apartment was quiet, too, we slept well. We had a wonderful stay, and would be happy to be back!

The owner received us warmly into a clean and well furnished apartment. He and the wife were available anytime we needed any information or clarification on anything. Every device in the house was functional and well maintained. Above all, being foreigners, we felt safe as the security in the building was exceptional.
