Very helpful staff!! Can help organize tours, rental cars, (French/English speaking) guides, well-organized and friendly, accommodation mostly stand-alone bungalows, we were really happy!

Stayed in a clean, spacious ensuite pod equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and washing up area. There was a drying stand as well. Outside chairs and a table. Swimming pool was lovely and had a fish and turtle pond next to it. Good breakfast and the evening meals were great, cooked by a private chef. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Very peaceful surrounded by trees, the waterfall and working farm. Erikson, the owner/ manager, was very responsive and provided information on things to do/ see. Highly recommend staying here but suggest need a high wheel base vehicle due to roads in the area.

Roça Saudade is a place unlike anything we had experienced before. The gardens are beautifully lush. The view from the restaurant is unmatched, as it seems like you are inside the jungle. However, Roça Saudade is most known for it's exquisite food creations that combine local ingredients in a unique way. Dining becomes art.

Casa luis is a fantastic place to stay. During my time in Sao Tome I had my base there. The room is spacious and gets cleaned every day. Top notch. The daily breakfast is tasty and plenty. Staff is friendly and always smiley. Luis the owner is super welcoming and friendly. He speaks English , too. The outside area is a little paradise and it’s well maintained. Pool is super refreshing. Area is quiet and peaceful. The place is a 8 minute moto taxi ride away from the city and also just like 7-8 minutes away from the airport. It is also safe to walk around even in the night time. Never had any issues as a female solo traveller. Highly recommend.

Truly amazing place set in paradise. The bungalow was spacious, clean, modern, stylish, comfortable set in a beautiful garden with a view to the sea, far from the other bungalows. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very generous and good, made from local fruits and eggs.

Welfare Agroturismo was part of the São Tomé round trip I have made with my girlfriend. The hotel is small (5 rooms only) and quite remote, but surrounded by beautiful nature. It has a very beautiful garden full of flowers, vanilla, fruits… and there are several options for tours to explore the center of the island (visit of Monte Cafe and Jardim Botanico de Bom Sucesso; hike to Lagoa Amelia; or you just start a hike along the old paths directly from the agroturismo). The hosts are so lovely and great cooks. Especially the dinners were really great and diverse. I would definitely come back again!

Very friendly receptionist. Fantastic location if you need to get to the airport. Large and clean room and a bathroom. Very good breakfast and excellent coffee, one of the best I had in a long time, strong, strong, strong👏👏👏. Thank you Praia Hotel for these big coffee cups. The hotel also provides a free shuttle🙏🙏🙏

Everything! Kenito is really helpful - knows everything about Sao Tome and speaks perfect English. This place is a great deal and probably too cheap. It is spotless clean, amazing bed and A/C. Lightning wifi. Great pool. Breakfast for 10euro is worth it.
