The entire staff and owners were wonderful! The bungalows were clean and very quiet. The grounds give you a jungle feel along the delta and Andaman sea...the beauty is mind blowing. We took a boat tour around the islands, to a private beach to swim and to a floating fish farm... which was amazing. I would come back here in a second. So much beauty in this small fishing village...a nice break from the onslaught of tourists in Krabi town! A ten star, for sure!!

The rooms were spacious and clean with good amenities and very quiet for a good nights sleep . The hosts were exceptional they gave us an authentic Thai experience with a seafood dinner which was delicious. It’s also close to the emerald pools and kayaking amongst other things to see , We highly recommend a stay here !.

If you are looking for sustainable tourism, community owned and managed accommodations, and your money, as a tourist, going back to the local community and not to big tourists operators from other parts of the country, this is the place to be! Namm Nathawn is part of the sustainable tourism network of Koh Yao Noi, one of the oldest experience in Thailand of community based sustainable tourism, 20 years old. Namm Nathawn is not on the coast line, but inland, in the middle of paddy fields and it really gives a flavour of Thai countryside life. The best bungalows found so far in Thai islands! Very simple and basic, no AC no hot water, but very well built with a super comfy bed and a nice lay out with a porch facing the paddy fields with plenty of grazing buffalos. The bungalows and restaurant are very clean, the food is really nice. The ladies managing the resort are really nice and helpful. The overall atmosphere is very relaxed, great chill out and disconnection.

sincere, enjoyable, safe, island life, chill and ideal. my expectations were low and my bungalow blew them away. great value, nice compound. simple yet wonderful. a six minute walk to one of the best, least traveled beaches on the island. plus koh yai noi is easily one of the safest, least dangerous places in thailand. except for the sunburn!! highly recommend. great deal for my stay and autonomy. now i am in a gritty city it seems like a dream.

Quiet and peaceful place. Waking up to the sunrise was without a doubt one of the best views I’ve ever seen. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend!

It was the most peaceful trip I’ve ever been to. It was a plus that there were so many animals around. The staff and owner of the place were so kind and helpful. The nights are quiet, peaceful and safe. There are loads to see around the island too that are fun to explore and you don’t even have to spend a lot to get the most out of the island. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer than 5 days!

Amazing stay!Cosy,spacious,clean,peaceful.Beautiful jungle views.Many windows and all with mosquito nets.Comfortable bed.Good water pressure in the shower.Extremely kind host.Free drinking water,which helps reduce plastic waste.Away from the touristy area.Beach and all kinds of services (shop,bike rental,kayak rental,massage,several places to eat) just 5 min walk away.Great location, especially for kayaking and boat trips and getting to the"long beach"(best in the island).

This hotel had such a homely feel. It’s on the smaller side and you get to know the staff well, they are incredibly attentive and were able to answer all of our questions and help us organise tours and taxis. We stayed in the pool villa and the view was breathtaking. You feel like you’re up in the trees with the mountain views and have a birds eye view of Phang Nga Bay. The resort is located on the quieter side of the island which is perfect for relaxing and the on-site restaurant had delicious food! If you feel like exploring the resort has a few tour packages available and you can also rent scooters directly from them or they can organise taxi’s for you to get around.
