Beautiful hotel one of the best in Udon. Presentation was excellent, rooms the best I have stayed in Udon very spacious wonderful in room facilities and lesiure gym, pool and restaurant menu was great. The staff were fantastic for service and my young family.

The hotel is very well maintained, very clean, smells nice and overall 10 out of 10. But what made our stay exceptional.....was the staff, they were so polite, happy people. And most of all was Yu at reception, she was amazing , for helping me to make my wife's surprise birthday even more special. Big thank you to Yu. Hotel management should be very proud of your staff.
