In fact, it adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Since the hotel is located along a major logistics highway, you may feel a slight vibration when heavy trucks pass by. However, considering the affordable price, this minor issue does not significantly affect the overall quality of the stay. While it may not be the absolute best, it is certainly comfortable. Most importantly, the owner and the entire family staff are exceptionally kind, hardworking, and reserved, yet always full of warm smiles. No matter how late you arrive, they welcome you with kindness and without a single sign of displeasure. If I were to rate this hotel, I would say it is the perfect budget-friendly accommodation, offering essential facilities, cleanliness, and an outstanding staff whose kindness deserves a 120 out of 100 rating. I genuinely want to stay at this hotel every time I visit.

Excellent value. Bed was firm and king size. Good shower pressure on the 5th floor. Kettle and cups in the room but no coffee so needed to buy some at shop outside reception. Fridge had 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water. Nice little restaurant on the main road - 8 minute walk away which served a tasty meal for B280. Phunthai coffee shop was next door to the restaurant at the PT fueling station.

The room was very clean and spacious with balcony (I used to dry clothes) washing machines on site.(40bhat) Good air-conditioning. Staff are available by phone at every hour as I had to ask for spontaneous check early morning. No complaints.

Everything was good, it's not a long way to the airport, so it's a good spot for sleepover while transiting through BKK. I liked that TV had Netflix and Youtube. Check in and checkout pleasant.

The price is very reasonable, and the rooms are comfortable. I did have an issue with the shower on the first day, but after informing the receptionist, it was quickly fixed. I also appreciate the daily housekeeping service. Coustomer service is excellent
