We ended our trip with a short stay at Kaya Villas Exclusive, and it was the perfect way to wrap things up. The territory is clean and well-maintained, with a shared pool available for guests. Our villa had everything we needed: two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the inverter AC units were quiet and efficient — ideal for a restful stay. Although this is not a traditional hotel but rather a complex of several villas, they serve breakfast in a traditional Turkish style, which was a pleasant surprise. A peaceful and relaxing place — highly recommended!

I’m in love. Don't look at the price, location and negative reviews. Very cozy, calm and comfortable, very good option for independent travel. The friendly staff, who were selected like the goddess Aphrodite 🔥, and hostess is very beautiful and incredibly kind girls, thanks for your smiles, my dears. My wife and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon, and the experience was amazing! The hotel villas have an interesting history and are very well renovated and equipped with top-quality amenities. Everything we needed was there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They assisted us with bookings, recommendations, and anything we needed really. Special thanks to Ursan and Jan, you guys are brilliant. Breakfast had a great variety of turkish food and was very delicious. The dinner menu was a bit limited, but it was also very delicious. At one night there was live music being played at dinner which gave a nice atmosphere. Bathrooms were very clean, and water pressure was satisfyingly strong. Also, I can't ignore the local animals. Having the neighbour's dog around was very delightful, and in the morning, you can see chickens and roosters around the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is close to the bus station and just located at the end of the road, making it very easy to find. The room is spacious and tidy, with a view of the street. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. There are shopping malls and excellent restaurants nearby. If I visit Fethiye again, I will still choose Belci. Looking forward to my next visit.
