I recently stayed at a new villa, and I was thoroughly impressed. The villa was incredibly clean and featured a fantastic pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable environment throughout our visit. All elements and equipment in the villa were brand new, contributing to the modern and fresh feel of the place. The host was exceptionally great, making our stay even more enjoyable.     Kaya Apart Ortaca is very conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the Dalaman airport, with ample parking space in a little quite part of Ortaca. The hosts are living in the same building, so available 7/24, attended all our needs right away. The room was cleanly prepared and everything was ready to go, despite us arriving quite late.

    We booked an overnight stay after a late flight from Dalaman airport. Our flight was delayed, but our host was great at accommodating our late check-in. Check-in and out were very easy, and the host would reply very quickly to our messages. The apartment was very clean and everything went great. Car parking was available outside the apartment, which was convenient. We would definitely stay again. 5 stars for the host.
