The place is lovely, but I have not actually seen any of the rooms as my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking issue. Regardless, the manager helped me with an apartment to stay the night, as there were no other places available in the city at the time. The other place was clean and organized. The outdoor environment was lovely.

Very clean and friendly staff

The location of the hotel is great, near the city centre. The sights are mostly located on the outskirts, but this is no problem. Right next to the hotel is a taxi station, with cabs ready to take you to any of the sights or destinations near the city. They will also ask if you want them to wait for you in case you want to return with a taxi afterwards. This hotel is very conveniently located near to the Fish statue (Balık heykeli), which you may use as a useful drop off point that every cab driver in town will be familiar with. Nearby are several patisseries and nice cafés that you can spend time in and enjoy local specialties. Convenience stores with a good selection are also only a short walk away. The bus station is likewise merely a five minute drive from the hotel. Best of all, since the hotel is not directly next to the roundabout, tooting car horns will not be a disturbance. From a Northern European perspective, everything that you might need from the room worked perfect. There was great water pressure in the shower and hand faucet and the water stayed evenly warm during the shower. The bathroom was roomy and water from the shower didn't run everywhere. The toilet and towels were likewise good. We visited for four nights during the winter and the room temperature was nice and warm. You can't change the temperature yourself, but we found no need to; in case you need to lower it you can open the door to the french balcony and ventilate without trouble. The room only had one very large bed, but it was very comfortable and as we were traveling as two friends, we were happy to find two blankets. We had plenty of luggage, but we could fit all of it in the room just fine. From the tv you may watch turkish shows and practise your vocabulary. Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Amazing hotel, wonderful service!!

Good location next to a shopping mall in city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast is decent with good view from rooftop terrace.

Mr. Hedayat, you are the most amazing receptionist I have ever seen, very helpful, kind and humble. When I arrived at hotel, they just finished the renovation, hotel is situated in a great location, and if you consider the price, cleanness, breakfast, and location into consideration, the hotel is more than extraordinary.
