    Staff was very helpful. I needed a nap so as to not fall asleep at the wheel. They allowed me to stay in the parking lot until my room was ready. I got to check in early without a fee, and promptly took a nap.

    After a first uneasy night, the hotel manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to ensure we feel comfortable. Thank you very much! We even extended our stay for one night. The hotel provides a grab & go breakfast in the morning as well as high-quality snacks, coffee, tea, fruits, water, and juice bottles throughout the day. The hotel is very close to downtown, which means you can leave your car at the hotel parking lot and explore Bar Harbor by feet.

    The hotel felt very much like Maine. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We were there during a snowstorm and the staff was very considerate and brushed off all the cars in the parking lot. Very thoughtful staff.
