The staff was lovely and checked me in quickly. The location is great. Gold Beach itself strikes me as a struggling small town, kind of industrial, but you can get anywhere from here. Beach access is easy and a good restaurant is across the street. You have a perfectly good microwave and fridge, and it's more quiet than I would expect being right on the 101. You get plenty of good hot water for baths and showers which I really appreciated.

Location was good, deck with the view of the bridge, bay and ocean was really good. TV was nice size and cable channels were good. Parking lot was well lit. Good restaurants near by.

(1) No complimentary "breakfast" to comment on. (2) "Location" was ok except the sharp curve in the driveway and the tall raised- forks on the forklift in the parking lot seemed a bit ominous overhead. Four of the Five E-Car charging units were stripped down apparently undergoing some repairs. Doesn't seem like they were really needed anyway. Just seemed to be taking up limited parking space! Fridge & microwave oven in the room were useful & nice.
