The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The view from the room was stunning. Staff were amazing. Location was perfect - 5-minute walk to Ala Moana center. Hotel lobby has a coffee shop, and a store to buy essentials which was a bonus. Loved at stay and would stay there again in the future.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite facing the ocean and woke up to rainbows every morning! The hotel itself is in the best location in Waikiki and we appreciated proximity to all the luxury shops, restaurants and beaches. The D tower is close to a little market downstairs which was really helpful and Dean & Deluca provided some great caffeine fix. We also enjoyed the pool -- my 3 yr old niece made some very special memories learning to swim there. The property is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and very secure with tons of helpful staff at the valet desk which was great for shopping/parking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, and while we ate out for the most part, it was really great to cook sometimes and do the laundry as we stayed over a week. The suite was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 1 kid, and the quality of service was exceptional throughout our stay. From the cleaning staff to bell men to front desk, every single hotel staff we encountered remained courteous, quick and kind. In particular the concierge team, Jordan and Aiko, went above and beyond their ways to make our stay so special for my sister's wedding and I am so grateful for all their help before, during and after our stay. My mom loved the view and ambience of La Vie restaurant for breakfasts and we enjoyed Friday fireworks twice during our stay, once from the Italian restaurant on site and also from our suite. It is as good as it gets in Waikiki when you have such a luxurious, calm and peaceful home base, especially for a family visit. I also stayed at Kahala resorts before my family arrived and still think that the Ritz was the best choice for the family to spend time together. As someone who spends more time at 5 star hotels than my own home, the quality of the staff and service really stood out for me for this property and I look forward to going back❤️🌈

Compared to other apartments and hotels, this offers quite good space for 5 people at a very decent price. In addition, the free parking is very much appreciated as parking in Honolulu is not easy. The apartment is at the 31st floor of the tower and offers a breathtaking view at the ocean, the city and the mountains from the balcony. We found the apartment clean and well equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, enough towels (of all sizes) etc. The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the beach. You can just walk there in your swimming clothes and flip-flops. Adequate information was given by the host on how to open the apartment and use the parking pass. Summarising: we really enjoyed our stay!

The best thing was the view of the sea from the 37th floor. On Friday evening you can watch the weekly firework, which was really incredible. The free parking lot is awesome! In Waikiki, $40 a day is normal. The kitchen was great and had everything you need to cook for yourself. The bathroom is a good size. The washing machine is a big plus. The bed was comfortable. The Wifi was very fast. The elevator wasn't as bad as we first thought. We'll be back next time when we are in Oahu.

Very good - What previous guests thought, 30 reviews
We were looking for an apartment which has 2 restrooms because we were 5. It was perfect for us. Have a free parking lot, most of kitchen stuff, 5 mins from waikiki beach. The apartment was very clean as well.

The room is very clean and well equipped! The view was very nice from the room! The bed was very comfortable! The apartmant is on the 30th floor but the elevators are fast and worked well! The parking lot is a big plus, we always had a free parking space! I recommend the apartmant for everyone!
