Good location for the Galleria shopping centre and some restaurants. Uber rides were easy and not to expensive to the main attractions. The room was lovely and the beds were comfy. The pool was nice and there was a gym. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast included.

The people on the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. Offered us free bottled water and snacks and happily let us leave our bags after checkout while we explored. Can’t say enough nice things about them!! Breakfast was simple but good to get you started for the day. Property was extremely clean and tidy.

The breakfast was good. I had waffles, hashbrowns, orange juice, hot chocolate with milk, and an apple. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I also used the washing machine. The owner also gave me a cold bottle of water upon my arrival.

Room was huge, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff were always very helpful - opening the kiosk out of hours and taking in a delivery on my behalf. Check in and check out was great. Location is great - walkable around downtown and generally safe (felt less safe further east around Main Street etc.).

Usually for 3-star hotels in the US, my expectation of the room cleanness and furniture condition is very low, but this hotel, it raises the bar, the hotel condition is very good and room are very clean and tidy, and the furniture condition is very good, the location of the hotel in the downtown with walking distance to the offices area, also the hotel provide free parking, the breakfast was excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is security at night guarding the parking lot
