Staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The room was warm and inviting , the beds are very comfortable . We felt extremely safe walking around day or night in St Charles . There are plenty of boutique dinning spots within a short walk from the hotel .

Nothing realy about the facility. I did get to see an endangered falcon that came to hunt in the parking lot that was a treat. Visiting with little seen family while in town was nice. .

Great receptionist when we arrived, beautiful building, amazing and huge room, super comfortable bed, great pool, cute little shop for necessities, free parking, superb location (right in the historical district and a short drive from the casino), etc.!

Most hotels are located in giant parking lot next to an interstate. This hotel is in a quiet area with places I want to walk to near by. It was clean. They didn’t have the stupid loud air conditioners that disrupt your sleep every time they cycle on.
