The owner was very nice and accommodating. The location was right next to Caroline's on the Bay so that was convenient for dinner. The hotel is very basic and does not look like much but for the price it was perfect. The room itself was huge and the bed was comfortable. I did not bring my pet but they do accept pets. We stayed two nights and I know on the second night the hotel was at a full or nearly full capacity. I saw a couple of people with dogs but I never heard any barking or noise from other guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Watson Regency Resort! The prices are excellent, the accommodations are very comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The entire place is spotless and well-maintained. I was truly impressed and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

I wasn't able to stay for the breakfast but my overall stay was very pleasant. I will return to experience another night there. Just wish I couldn't hear all the footsteps above the room I was staying in. It woke me and my husband up. Other than that no complaints.

The location is amazing! We stayed just one night and while it was raining like crazy and the end of winter, some shops were still open (and the ocean is beautiful no matter what time of year). The hotel is absolutely gorgeous- loved the small kitchen we had! Would definitely consider staying more days over the summer.

This place was awful!! Dirty, smelly room, nasty guests. Greeted by a fat, shirtless guy, drinking a beer in the parking lot. No parking available after 10pm…. We drove home and forfeited the $ 300 for the stay. Avoid this place

Parking was not sufficient. We came back after an evening and there was no parking spaces open. It appears guests had visitors using spaces. The facility should provide guests with a parking tag to display and ensure non guests are not using the parking lot.

Property is only a ten min drive from the boardwalk area. The point diner is walkable from the parking lot as well as a seafood place across the street. Bathroom was clean and the front desk guy was very nice. It has a nice small in ground pool and was very quiet at night time.

Nothing. This room was suspect as soon as we walk in the room. The closest look like a killer closet. When you turn the microwave all the light and tv, everything start flickering. All the floors are uneven. It's like walking on a slope. The bathroom room was tiny. Bathroom had a soft spot in the floor. People live there with their doings. As well doing dealings in the parking lot. There was a abandoned car in the parking lot.
