Clean room, nothing fancy. But nothing different than my room in Hawaii a year ago. Nice towels, nice bed. Smoking in room a plus. Truck (semi) parking a plus.

Staff was friendly. Low $ rate. Good location with ample parking. Beds were comfortable. Quieter than expected, being across from a truck stop. Breakfast was limited, but ok (waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, banana, coffee).
