The staff were exceptional. We turned up with bikes and they then looked after them for 2 days after our stay until we got back from Samarkand. They went above and beyond to help us out and accommodate our needs. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Very good, free airport pickup, was given surprise free breakfast the first morning, and super kind and hospitalable people. Location good for airport, ok for getting into the centre on public transport - a metro line runs about 10-15 minutes away that will get you there with one change.

My first impression of the hostel was uninspiring, and I thought I'd regret it. Cleaning was underway at reception, and the receptionist met me in the courtyard. I enjoyed the staff's interactions and their friendly attitude toward guests (there were only four guests—the hotel had just opened). The pleasant receptionist made me coffee and offered me cookies. I wish this hostel success; they truly love their hotel and their guests.

I came from Turkey with my family and stayed in Granat Residence. We liked it very much. The villa is clean, new and beautiful. Location is perfect – only 5 minutes to airport and also very close to city center. Kitchen has everything, terraces are very spacious and kids loved it!
