The location, view, hospitality of the family and most of all options to speak with the owner about everything what interested us. She is a teacher, knowledgeable and very attentive to your needs. The room is clean and Has the fantastic view directly from your bed. We could use the pool from the neighbors which is lovely. On top of that Mrs Gum and her husband are an excellent chefs and we had dinner there every day as the price and quality ( as well as quantity) was unbeatable. We could see how this family of 7 ( 4 generations) lives in harmony and learn about their culture. Children are quiet and don’t disturb if you don’t want to interact, we enjoyed one evening of games with 9 year old. English is not widely spoken in the area so we were really lucky here.

It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the staff fantastic. Enjoyed swimming, had a massage and hired a motorbike to drive around the area. It was delightful and very beautiful. Anv was so helpful with organising a driver for our next leg of the journey too. Spend some time here, its so worth it. A proper unwind.

The Location, the vibe, the staff, the food, the room itself. Everything was just perfect. The area itself and all the ricefields right in front of and behind de complex are beatiful (aswell as the thousands of ricefields everywhere around in the area) everybody was so friendly. The staff was very attentive and helped with everything. the locals on the street were always smiling and waving, children were giggeling and blushing. we felt really great and welcome.

The hotel is located at a beautiful remote area, where you can experience the real local lifestyle. The landscape is really breathtaking. We were happy with the fact that the area was not a touristy area. We have taken a tour organised by hotel to a local village with a local tour guide which was an amazing experience. We found the tour in a brochure next to reception and I think the hotel should really promote this tour as it is unique experience. Anyone wants to try it, should request the tour guide named Dính. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. The hotel has a "jungle-nature" style with a loft of plants, trees and flowers which we really loved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes the non-touristy experience and wants to relax in a beautiful nature reserve.

The views from the room across to the mountains were breathtaking. You're surrounded by greenery. It's a brand new property that's only been open for a couple of months, as such there were a few teething problems but nothing the incredibly helpful staff couldn't assist with. Ms Senna and Ms Marie helped organise everything from changing flights to arranging drivers to discovering the local towns. Towels luxurious, restaurant food exceptional and the setting stunning. We finished a perfect day with a foot massage from the lovely ladies in the spa.

Everything!!! And mostly the hosts. They have a honest kindness. Food made,presented and served with love. they were the best hosts in our journey. a narrow path to walk in the forest with great views and small falls along they have their natural private small river to swim also with small falls. Very near by foot from the Hieu falls.
