Staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff and Phuong who helped us with our suitcases and greeted is with a fabulous smile every time we passed through the lobby. Breakfast was really good. We both had a massage and used the pool and steam room. It was a great place to stay.

Absolutely the best stay in Hue! The hosts make you feel like you are at home, brining snacks and drinks whenever you return from a busy day of sightseeing. They help making plans (they organized everything for us - rented the bike, found a driver to take us where we needed to go, etc). The location is amazing, close to a nice central area full of restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. They really thought of every detail to make this the perfect stay!

We had a great staying here! The staff has been wonderful helping us with transfers, motorbikes and all our needs. Beds are superb, best we had in Vietnam, rooms are clean with fridge, balcony and hairdryer and they also provided free coffee and tea. The bar has a very good selection of beer, unexpected! Also the position is pretty cool, in the center. The guy of the reception is very nice and kind. I hope to come back here one day, we definitely recommend this place! Thanks guys😁
