The staff are INCREDIBLE. So helpful and kind and welcoming. I fell sick while I was here and the 2 boys who manage the hotel were doing everything they could to ensure I was okay, from going to the pharmacy for me, to insisting they arrange food from outside the hotel to bring to me in my room so I didn’t have to venture outside in the cold. I actually wanted to extend my stay here but couldn’t as the hotel was booked out. They were very apologetic and soon transferring me to my new hotel they gave me a complimentary coffee for the drive. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The shower is hot. Everything is really in pristine condition. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located a short 15-20 minute walk from the main town, otherwise there are bicycles for hire or the staff are very prompt at arranging cabs. Loved every minute here.

The owner was really nice and helpful. The room was in good condition and the value for money was great. I think the location is actually nice, as long as you can rent and ride a scooter yourself. It’s next to the buffalo hostel which is party focused so you can hear some music in the evenings but they usually turn it off at a reasonable time. Windy is a perfect place for travelers who still want to socialize at buffalo hostel but prefer a more comfortable, private room to sleep in!

I booked in Booking for 587000 but when I come to the homestay the owner charged me 100000 more because he said I booked it beforehand so it is cheaper. I rented a motorbike and he said I can't park it in his parking infront of the house since it is not the one renting from him. Room look like cheap hotel, bad experience. Btw his daughter is very nice.

Staff were very helfpul - they helped my boyfriend organise flowers for Valetines day. Breakfast was convenient, and room was comfy and clean. Great price too.
