Lovely hotel next to the Lake. Staff were amazing and really helpful in even small needs. Easy parking car, near tourist attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended :) Suggestion: Hotel also make booking for tours to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa, Mai Chau and along Vietnam, should book with them for better deal and good service!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist us. Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Staff were so helpful. Andy was a fantastic stand out staff member and even walked us and our luggage to the end of the street to meet our bus pick up when it couldn't fit down the street. Highly recommend!
