The hospitality level is very impressive. Every staff is polite, attentive and well-trained. Special mention for Eric Trinh who is meticulous and always showing concern about my wife's vegetarian meals. Everything. They are exceptional. Tom and xuang took very good care of us. Celebrated our anniversary there and it was memorable. Everyone should visit. The room was great and beautiful view from balcony. Took atmost care even though we were vegetarian, they cooked us separate meal every time.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Talkative but they let you be as well. Location was super convenient, just off a main road that has plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend.

Absolutely extraordinary stay. The host and his family are wonderful people, who are incredibly kind and welcoming and made me feel right at home. You will not regret staying here - the room is lovely, clean, and filled with sunlight and good curtains, the kitchen is conveniently stocked with all supplies that one would need to cook a delicious meal - including a stove, an air fryer and a rice cooker. The home is tucked away in a quiet alley, so there is minimal street noise despite being right in Hai Phong's downtown. There is a washer/dryer which works very well. Grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner. The host went above and beyond in supporting me and making sure my stay was comfortable and joyful. Satisfied is an understatement. I will be back!
