Very good service of the crew, especially Andrew helped me a lot with my food allergy and showed me all the dishes that were safe for me to eat or brought me something that was made for me. The bed was the comfiest bed in Vietnam so far!

I initially booked with Peony cruise, however i was upgraded by Ms Alice to a Presidential sweet in MonCheri cruise, both belonging to Big Bay group. A big thanks to her. We were amazed and overwhelmed by the beauty of the room which had all the amenities you could imagine - Jacuzzi, Massage chair, a Big viewing balcony deck right at the front of the cruise. The staff was the best i have seen anywhere, makes you feel really special and personized attention is to all guest. All three meal of the day were amazing. We are Indian vegetarian, so were a bit hesitant about the food onboard, but to our surprise we never felt like we missed Indian food. The food quality is very superior and fresh.

Hands down, the best cruise in Ha Long Bay. True lux, kind staff and great activities. Me and my wife spent a great time at Calista.

Everything was excellent. Staff Johnny and Jacky were awesome they ensure all our needs were taken care. The best part was we got upgraded to best suite on our second day and room is awesome. Spa staff Huang was excellent in giving massage. The cruise has arranged village tour on 2nd day of stay and it was great too. Tour guide Jay was wonderful and hard working person. We will definitely be back and recommend Velar to our family and friends. This is what you call hospitality as Vietnamese people are awesome.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Talkative but they let you be as well. Location was super convenient, just off a main road that has plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean room with a TV and AC in a quiet part of town with an EXTREMELY helpful host. He helped me out a lot and is very responsive to any queries. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for quiet place in Haiphong. There’s also a kitchen area and well furnished cooking equipment if you wish to cook.
