This cruise has been the highlight of our Vietnam holiday. Once out on the Bay, the scenery (despite all the other boats) is spectacular. The staff treat you like royalty, with special mention to Hugo who was exceptionally attentive. Tu also deserves mention for his excellent hospitality. The food was outstanding, our room was great and the cruise activities were most enjoyable. And don’t forget the breathtaking sunset!

The cruise here is truly a Luxury Cruise, with top-tier service and a luxurious space. I was quite impressed with the spacious infinity pool and the outdoor jacuzzi, a perfect place to relax, enjoy the magnificent Ha Long Bay view, and sip on a perfect cocktail. The buffet breakfast was of exceptional quality, offering a wide range of Western and Vietnamese dishes, with very fresh ingredients. A big plus goes to Tracy, the customer service staff, who was very friendly and attentive. She proactively introduced the itinerary and helped arrange the room, paying attention to every little detail to ensure guests were satisfied. The overnight cruise on the bay is a great choice for a memorable and luxurious vacation.

Superb location, lot’s to see and do right as you walk out. Many cafes, street vendors, and beautiful streets to walk down. The property itself is well managed, with attentive staff who are friendly and very accomodating. Thảo who manages the reception is exceptional. The cleaning staff are very kind and diligent which is reflected in how clean each apartment presents. Rooms are equipped with all of your basic hotel amenities, with the addition of a small kitchenette with pots, pans and cutlery. We’ve stayed here many times before because it’s excellent value and always a consistently comfortable stay.

Everything was excellent. Whenever we had any problem they solved it as fast as possible. The rooms are very nice and spacious with sea views. The wifi worked perfectly. They kindly picked us up from the cruise terminal, offered us great laundry service and also book a fantastic day tour for us. The breakfast was fantastic, the last day they prepared a traditional dish for us. It is a family business run by wonderful caring people ❤️
